The Artist

A child of the bush, Rebecca has her bare feet firmly planted in the Australian landscape- a source of endless inspiration and materials for her work, and that which brings her face to face with her Creator.

 

Her journey as a maker began with textiles and clothing design as a child, leading to a Bachelor of Arts Honours in later life when Rebecca discovered her love of drawing, painting, and sculpture.

 

All forms of learning have guided her work and sated her curiosities. She has recently undertaken theological studies to understand the origins and complexities of faith which culminated in a Master of Sacred Art completed in Florence 2022.

 

She is now excited to be on a new journey of exploration, looking forward to serving the community through creativity in any media.
